During the warranty period, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization if one or more of the products you received has quality issues. Once the Return Merchandise Authorization has been granted, all returns will be processed.
Procedures of our warranties:
- Please send us a video or photo showing the issue when you contact us.
- We will contact you within 24 hours for more detailed information or a response.
- You may need to return a product if it is covered by our warranties. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the returner
Check the quality of all the items within 7 days after receiving them. Please contact us if there are any quality issues.
